Bookings.

Under no circumstances can any appointment be booked without a £10 non-refundable booking fee. Once this payment has been made the desired appointment will be booked and confirmed. 

Any appointments that are booked through the website will be put on hold until this payment has been made and received!

No Shows / Cancellations.

If you do not attend the appointment or have not cancelled / rearranged within 48 hours of your appointment, your booking fee will be retained and you will be required to pay the remaining amount of your appointment. No future appointments will be booked if you have any outstanding payments!

Rescheduling.

You will only have one chance to reschedule your appointment. If you do not attend the appointment you have rescheduled, any payment you have made towards this appointment willl be retained and you will also be required to pay a £15 cancellation fee.
